Cook'in pot

"Debbie's Favorite"
Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookies

bullet2 eggs
bullet1 tsp. vanilla
bullet1 C. butter
bullet3/4 C. honey
bullet1/2 C. pure maple syrup or honey
bullet1/2 C. fructose or sugar
bullet1/2 C. chopped nuts
bullet3 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
bullet1/2 tsp. salt
bullet1 tsp. baking soda
bullet1 tsp. baking powder
bullet4 1/2 C. rolled oats
bullet1/2 C. carob or chocolate chips
Cream all wet ingredients together. Add to the dry ingredients and blend well. Add carob chips and nuts last. Stir. If the dough is too sticky, add 1/2 C. more flour and 1/2 C. more oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Do not overcook.
