If we have not stored water, how will we rehydrate dried fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes? What will we drink? Water makes up over half the volume of our blood, which carries food elements to every living cell. In an emergency our need for water will be greater than our need for food.

Water is essential to life. The radiator in your car won't run on coke, tea or coffee; neither will your body. Water isn't just something you should drink to quench thirst. Water is vital to the proper functioning of your body. Pure Water
Regular tap water is usually loaded with chlorine and other harmful inorganics, often making its taste too nasty to drink!
