This one year food supply will supply the basic calories and most of the nutrients needed for an individual for one year. For just $434.00 more you can choose the deluxe plan and have dried fruits and vegetables along with the basics. The Liahona package has great food value for only $899.00. Can't afford a year at once, choose the 30 day basic. If you start here we recommend adding other choices to provide a more varied menu.

All items are in #10 cans properly prepared for storage. You need to add oil, vinegar, water, supplements and soaps and disinfectants as required.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Vitamin A is below 67% of RDA. We suggest including other foods in your diet that are high in vitamin A such as green leafy vegetables, tomato products or carrots. Sprouting the beans and grains could also help with vitamin deficiencies and is very healthy. Otherwise, add vitamin supplements to your storage.
