This one year food supply will supply the basic calories and most of the
nutrients needed for an individual for one year. For just $434.00 more you can
choose the deluxe plan and have dried fruits and vegetables along with the
basics. The Liahona package has great food
value for only $899.00. Can't afford a year at once, choose the 30
day basic. If you start here we recommend adding other choices to provide a more
varied menu.
All items are in #10 cans properly prepared for storage. You need to add oil,
vinegar, water, supplements and soaps and disinfectants as required.
