1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
3/4 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1/3 cup honey
Combine dry ingredients and stir. In a separate bowl, combine liquid
ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at
375 for 15-18 minutes.
