Egg subsitute

Recipe by Vickilynn Haycraft

This original recipe is every bit as good as real eggs for use in your favorite baked goods. This recipe can also be found in Vickilynn's upcoming cookbook which is expected to be out in late 1998.

Serving Size : 1Egg , Preparation Time: 5 minutes;
bulletFor each egg needed.
bullet place in blender.
bullet1 Heaping Tablespoon of whole organic Flax seed
bulletBlend until it becomes a fine meal
bulletAdd 1/4 cup cold water blend 2-3 minutes until thickened and has the consistency of eggs
bulletEach 1/4 cup of Flax seed mixture will replace one egg in baking
