1 cup millet
6 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup raisins
Rinse the millet. Bring the water to a boil, add salt, millet and raisins.
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with livered almonds and a pat of
butter or sour cream.
