Simple Whole Wheat Bread 5 cups hot water Combine water, olive oil, honey and salt. Add 4 cups flour and mix slightly. Add yeast. Add remaining flour until dough is easily kneded or if using a bread mixer the dough follows the dough hooks and cleans the sides of the bowl. Knead 7 minutes in a bread mixer. Separate into 3-4 loaves, depending on size. Place in greased loaf pans and allow to rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. |
