Hominy and Cheese Timbales

 | 2 cups drained, canned hominy
 | 2/3 cup grated cheese
 | 2 beaten eggs
 | 3/4 teaspoon salt
 | Dash pepper
 | 2 teaspoons chopped green pepper
 | 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento
 | 3 tablespoons minced parsley
 | 1 cup scalded milk

Combine all ingredients well. Turn into individual baking dishes.
Place in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (350 F). 1/2 hour
Unmold and serve with cheese,tomato, or spanish sauce. Serves 6.
