Delicious Turkey Soup With Dry Soup Mix

Makes 6 servings

 
bullet8 cups of chicken or turkey broth ( may use reconstituted chicken bouillon)
bullet3/4 cup dry soup mix*
bulletsalt and pepper to taste
bullet1 cup diced celery
bullet2 cups diced turkey or chicken ( may substitute chicken TVP®)
bullet1 tall can evaporated milk
Mix broth, soup mix, salt and pepper and celery and simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in diced turkey and can of milk. Heat and serve. You may thicken with flour or cornstarch.

* Dry soup mix can be purchased from food storage companies and in some grocery stores.
