Whole Wheat Pancakes

bullet3 cups whole wheat flour or substitute one cup with white flour.
bullet2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
bullet1/2 cup powdered milk
bullet1 tablespoon baking powder
bullet1 teaspoon salt
bullet1 egg or 1 tablespoon egg powder
bullet3 tablespoons oil
Mix dry ingredients. Add water and mix. Add egg and oil, mix well. Add a little water to make it the right consistency, then fry them up.

Note: The recipe needs the milk and sugar to help the pancakes brown up nicely.
