Sujata's Balanced EFA Malt
Here's a great recipe for getting a balanced intake of EFAs daily.

Ingredients:
- 8 ozs clear apple juice or orange juice: no sugar added.
- 2 tablespoonfuls of freshly ground flax meal.
- 2 tablespoonfuls of freshly ground raw sunflower seeds.
Method:
Grind the flax and sunflower seed dry in a blender or coffee grinder. Stir the flax and sunflower mill into the juice with a spoon. Drink at breakfast time or in place of mid-morning coffee.
Makes a delicious, satisfying orange or apple shake !!
