Directions: Turn on electric frying pan (if you have one) to 325 degrees F. Combine all dry ingredients and briefly mix. Add water a bit at a time until you have a thick batter. Add the two eggs (and flax oil if you're not using flax seed) and mix them in, then add more water until you have the desired consistency. (Try making the batter a bit thicker than you would for white flour pancakes.) Fry them up!
Hint: Try peanut butter on them instead of syrup. I love them this way and they are a complete protein with the peanut butter.
