Since first publication of his book in 1986 under the title Fats and Oils, Udo Erasmus has become an internationally recognized authority on the subject of fats and oils. His academic credentials include two years of post graduate studies in genetics and biochemistry and a PHD in Nutrition. He pioneered technology for pressing and packaging healthful oils and continues to provide consulting services to industry, health professionals and individuals from his base in Vancouver, Canada.
