Flax'n Yogurt
Another tasty little recipe for getting your daily dose of flax by Sybille
- Grind 2 T flax seed in a coffee grinder.
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 mashed banana
Mix the above ingredients and eat it with a spoon. Sometimes I put a banana, 1 cup soy milk and flaxseed in my
Vitamix and blend it until smooth, it's delicious.
