Does anyone have any info on Ke-Peg? I understand it is a preservative you coat eggs with and they will keep for up to 3 years. The only place I've read about it is from the company that sells it. For my family, it would be nice to be able to have "fresh" eggs as a treat in 2000! Thanks for any help.

Subject: Keeping eggs
According to my copy of 'Cookin with Home Storage' cook book, eggs dipped in paraffin will keep for two years. The paraffin seals the shell so oxygen can't get inside. Ke-Peg is probably similar to this. Regards Rob

Thanks, Rob. I'm ordering a copy of Cooking with Home Storage and am looking forward to learning all sorts of other interesting information.
