Spelt seed. Kamut seed. Durum wheat kernel Hard White Golden 86 wheat kernel. Hard red wheat kernel Triticale kernel. Whole rye kernel. Whole oat as it's harvested in the field. Oat groat - after the outer hull has been removed. A kernel of barley as it's harvested from the field. Hulled barley - after the outer hull has been sanded away. Barley flake. Brown rice. White rice - after the outer layers have been polished off. Parboiled rice. See the web page for an explanation. Exotic Basmati Rice Flax seed Rye flake. Regular rolled oat. Thin rolled or quick oat.
