These handouts, designed to be single page stand alone flyers, are just right for augmenting a program already in place. They will help keep the members of your group centered on provident living even if nothing is said about it at the meeting.

There are a couple of things you must do to set up your browser to correctly print these articles. You will generally get a better print job using Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Using MS Internet Explorer: Go to File>Page Setup. Delete the information in the header and footer blocks. Set the left and right margins to 10.00 centimeters. Set the top margin to 10 centimeters and the bottom margin to 12.5 centimeters. Using Netscape: Go to File>Page Setup. Change the top, bottom, left and right margins to 0.50 cm. Un-check the five header and footer blocks.
