EGG NOODLES  
Ingredients: Enriched durum semolina flour, whole eggs.

Net wt. 28 oz. Case wt. 10 lb. 8 oz.
Serving size: 2 oz. dry (3/4 cup uncooked) (57 g)
Servings per container: 14


Directions: Bring 2 quarts water to boil. Add 1 tbsp. salt and if desired 1 tbsp oil. Water should be at a brisk boil before adding noodles. Add 3 cups noodles, stir gently to insure quick wetting of surface. Replace lid on pot to bring water back to a rolling boil. Attempt to regain the boil as quickly as possible. It is the constant agitation of the boil that bounces the strands of product and eliminates the starch product. When cooked to desired tenderness, quickly drain.
