PAR BOILED RICE  
Ingredients: Enriched long grain parboiled rice, ferric phosphate, niacin, thiamine mononitrate and folic acid.

Directions: Add 1 cup rice to 3 cups cold water and bring to a boil. Add 1 tbsp. margarine and 1 tsp. salt. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until tender and done.
